Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparency about order processing, shipping times, and delivery for our range of products, which include outsourced print-on-demand (POD) items, digital products, and physical items dispatched directly from our location.

1. Shipping for Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

For print-on-demand products, we work with Gelato PoD to fulfil and ship your orders. These items are custom-produced and typically dispatched within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Shipping times vary based on location:

  • UK and Europe: Delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • USA and Canada: Delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: Delivery times may vary, typically within 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Please note that as POD products are made to order, they may ship separately from other items in your order.

2. Shipping for Physical Products

For physical items dispatched directly from our location, we aim to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • UK: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery for Digital Products

All digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link once the purchase is completed. If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at sales@katerees.co.uk, and we’ll assist you promptly.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the items. For orders containing both POD and physical products, shipping fees may be charged separately, as POD items are fulfilled and shipped by Gelato.

5. Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

For all physical and POD orders, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Delivery updates are provided through the carrier, and you can monitor your order status directly using the tracking link.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Kate Rees cannot cover or predict these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

7. Delays and Issues
